There are plenty of websites out there that do that already, without using non-trivial amounts of water and energy.

The public execution of two protesters in Iran today marks a further escalation of authorities’ use of the death penalty to quash dissent. They were sentenced to death following a grossly unfair mass trial that concerned the killing of four police agents as well as allegations of damage to public property and arson. The executions only add to the surge in arbitrary death sentences and executions since the restoration of internet access in May.
We have documented protesters being sentenced to death for offences such as property damage, arson, road blockages and disrupting public opinion, acts that should not carry the death penalty according to international law and standards. Convictions have been issued in closed, grossly unfair proceedings marred by enforced disappearance, torture and other ill-treatment, and denial of access to a lawyer.
