Let's have the right optics required for the job. But of course since UAP are not legitimate objects of study, pilots have to record them on cellphones from inside of their cockpits. Denial and deniability.
Congressional folks repeatedly asked the presenters what benefit is there in withholding 20-year-old documentation from the public?
